The Gabe Nanking White Cherry is a white-fruited selection of Nanking cherry that produces translucent white to pale yellow fruit with a sweet, mild flavor and lower acidity than traditional red Nanking cherries. Growing as a dense shrub 5 to 8 feet tall, it offers attractive white spring blossoms followed by clusters of fruit in early summer.

Cold hardy and easy to grow, Gabe performs best in full sun and well-drained soil and is tolerant of a wide range of growing conditions once established. The fruit can be enjoyed fresh or used in jams, jellies, syrups, and other preserves.

Plant near another Nanking cherry variety, such as Ian or Jules, for cross-pollination.
